PawFurCo Return Policy
PawFurCo maintains a straightforward and customer-focused Return Policy to ensure our valued customers receive the best possible service in the most timely manner. All PawFurCo products are subject to the following return program:

Any product purchased from PawFurCo that is defective, damaged, or has expiration date issues can be returned to PawFurCo with a credit issued to the original purchasing account. This credit will include the shipping cost for that specific item or a percentage-based shipping credit calculated based on the number of products in the shipment.

Customers have two options upon return approval:
• Receive an identical replacement product shipped at no additional charge
• Receive a refund once PawFurCo receives the returned product -
In certain cases, PawFurCo may waive the requirement to return the product based on associated costs. In such situations, PawFurCo will honor our commitment to provide either a refund or replacement product.

All packages leaving the PawFurCo warehouse are carefully packed in boxes, often with additional packing materials such as bubble wrap, plastic bags, and packing paper to ensure the best possible condition on arrival. If you receive a package that shows external damage that may have affected the products inside, please follow these steps:

Document the damage with the carrier

Retain all outer packaging

If possible, take photographs of the box before opening

Submit your photos to contact@pawfurco.com with the email subject: Damages Order # and store name

Following these steps ensures proper documentation for shipping carriers and PawFurCo return department, allowing PawFurCo to file claims with the respective shipping carrier.
IMPORTANT: PawFurCo will NOT accept returns of any kind without notification within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions.
